The project was divided into two stages, featuring a 1-into-9 subdivision with fully serviced lots.

ATC Consulting Engineers and Project Managers delivered comprehensive design services for the client, including contract administration and verification.

Our expertise covered the design of earthworks, water supply, sewer systems, stormwater management, driveways, and coordination of electrical and telecommunication design consultants, along with on-site supervision and inspections.

Additionally, ATC offered development support, encompassing council lodgements and negotiations, ensuring smooth progression through all regulatory and procedural requirements.
