DETAILED SCOPE AND DESCRIPTION

Hillview Estate is the premier land development in Kingaroy. The estate is in an elevated position with many blocks offering views of Mount Wooroolin, Dangore Mountain and beyond to the Diamondy State Forest.

The staged development is in the final stages with 23 blocks currently being developed and 19 more pending detailed design.

ATC Consulting Engineers and Project Managers provided detailed design services for the client, as well as contract administration and verification services.

This included design of earthworks, water, sewer, stormwater, roadworks, management of electrical and telecommunication design consultants, and site supervision and inspections.

The ATC also provided development support including council lodgements and negotiations.

PROJECT OUTCOMES

The project included the development of premier land with fully serviced lots in the Kingaroy district.

Utilising local businesses and materials, the project benefited the community and improved the land availability in the town.
