Philip is a Civil / Structural Engineer with over 19 years of experience in planning, engineering, design, inspections, and project management of new construction and rehabilitation of civil and building structures.

Having worked both overseas and Australia, Philip has broad project experience ranging from small jobs to high-profile infrastructure projects covering bridges and transport infrastructure, energy and industrial facilities, ports and harbours, water and drainage, foundations and retaining walls, building structures and land development.

Philip has extensive knowledge and technical skills in the design and construction of reinforced concrete, steel, timber and masonry structures based on Australian Standards, National Construction Code, IPWEAQ standards, Capricorn Municipal and Development Guidelines, Austroads, DTMR standards and specifications, as well as international codes and standards.

Philip obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of the Philippines with cum laude honours. He later on completed post-graduate studies in Japan earning Master of Engineering and PhD in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering under a special double-peak education program. He is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) in both Civil and Structural disciplines.
